Processing
Order processing may take up to twenty-four hours. All orders are reviewed by our Credit Department to ensure that all orders are accurarate. Once the order has passed the card authorization review by our Credit Department it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Shipping & Handling
Our shipping is calculated on the actual weight of your shipment and the type of shipping service that you selected (UPS/Fedex: ground, second day air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be chaged to all orders accordingly. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be billed on each shipment. Warranty Limitations
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
Defective Merchandise: If you have defective merchandise you are responsible for the shipping cost when returning your merchandise. We will gladly issue you a refund, store credit, or replace the defective product with the same item.
Non-Defective Merchandise: If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, we will issue you an RMA number and will send you the address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 20% restocking fee or more, depending on the item, manufacturer policies, and circumstances. The return shipping to us is your expense. If the merchandise has been opened and is not legitimately defective, we can not issue you an RMA.
Items Beyond 15 days: When you purchase any product from Custom Computer Solutions you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Many manufacture's policies require that you contact them directly so they could assist you by repairing, returning or replacing your item. Most manufacturers have one year warranties, however some are for extended periods of time.
